Teambuilding provides a space for building relationships, reinforcing social values and strengthening team spirit.
Corporate values in practice
This team building is designed with the main objective of strengthening corporate values through employee interaction and collaboration. A company is not just a place to work, but a community that shares common values such as trust, respect, collaboration, innovation, responsibility and empathy.
You can choose from a wide range of activities within teambuilding:
- 1. Surfing the wave of stability - A team task based on balance and synchronization.
- 2. Communication Cruise - A land raft available for teambuilding participants, where the goal is to navigate a given stretch through teamwork.
- 3. Catch the Enthusiasm - Teams are given a giant parachute (sail) that they must keep moving so that the balls do not fall to the ground
- 4. Precision Hand - Teams are tasked with using limited tools to transfer small objects to a predetermined location
- 5. Respect as Sewn - Sewing buttons onto a canvas in a shape that is pre-arranged with the client
- 6. Save the balloon -Save the team - The task is a fun balloon transfer through teamwork
- 7. Tetris interplay - Folding tetris for time, team communication will play a big role
- 8. Circle of Trust - A trust-building activity between team members, where the task is to pass the balls to the correct team member using chopsticks
- 9. Listening line - Participants line up in a line, the first member receives a message that whispers it to the next member, the message goes down the line to the last member who repeats it out loud
- 10. Team harmony - The team has to create a short melody or rhythm using different instruments (drums, tambourines)
- 11. Map of possibilities - The team is given a large map with different objectives (e.g. Corporate values, projects) and the challenges along the way, where the team is tasked with planning the most efficient route, taking into account limited resources and time
- 12. Key to success - The team must solve a series of logic puzzles, physicalchallenges and tasks in order to find the "key" that will move them to the final stage of the activity. The challenges are designed to develop company values such as trust, communication and respect
- 13. Values Carousel - Participants are divided into groups and each group is given one corporate value, which they have to illustrate through a short skit or drawing. The others guess what the value is (Activity)
- 14. Lava Team Crossing - The group must "cross the lava" (an area on the ground) using only a limited number of "pebbles" (cardboard or pads). They can only do this successfully if they coordinate their actions and work together to carry the "pebbles"
- 15. Blind Labyrinth - One team member is blindfolded and must navigate a labyrinth (marked on the ground) while the others guide them with voice prompts. The activity emphasizes the importance of trust and effective team communication
- 16. Team twister - a game with fun challenges that will encourage competitiveness, foster good workplace relations and develop your creativity
