In the five years that I have been organizing congresses for dentists, I have never encountered such conditions and professional approach. Last week we had a training of our business partners in your hotel. I couldn't help but praise you and thank you for the above standard and personal approach of your staff.Your hotel and team of people should be an example for more, even higher rated hotels in Slovakia.The helpfulness of the staff , the freshness and wide choice of home cooked food whether at breakfast or during dinner is far on a higher level than in some 4  star renowned hotels in our state.If others in the hotel industry behaved as seriously as you do, tourism in Slovakia would look 100 times better and people would not go to neighbouring countries for a quality holiday !Special thanks to Mrs. Kovalčíková for her wonderful service that she provided us during our stay.Atrium is one of the few hotels that I will definitely  highly recommend to my friends and  business partners! 

Herewith, let me convey from the participants of the international conference (Australia, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, India, Iran, Italy, Korea, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey) ICMEM, which took place from 6-10. June Warm greetings and at the same time immense satisfaction with the conditions created during the conference.Here it is necessary to highlight the high competence of the management and staff of the Hotel Átrium. A big thank you goes to the business manager, who willingly and flexibly responded to our requests, whether during the official conference program or in terms of ensuring the informal part of the conference. Also resonating in the memories of all participants is the friendly, smiling, helpful and kind-hearted staff, dressed in costumes, who created a fantastic family, friendly atmosphere and took care of the gastronomic satisfaction of the participants. 

Let me thank you for the successful Shopping Day of our company United Brands Slovakia, s.r.o. After very good initial communication we were able to organize a full day event to our liking which lasted until after midnight.The premises as well as the staff were fully available to us as agreed and did not lose the smile on their face throughout the event. Special thanks go to the sales manager who went out of her way to deal with our additional on-site requirements promptly and efficiently. I think that our team, together with our guests, were very satisfied with Hotel Átrium and I believe that it was not the last time we met there. 

We have been coming to the SITNO hotel with our company every month for 10 years and I think that this time also proves that the services provided by the hotel and the staff are of a high standard.The location of the SITNO hotel provides not only a space for training, but also a space for teambuilding activities. Also, if you would like to go with your family to relax, the hotel provides an excellent redesigned wellness area with quality masseurs as well as saunas in which to relax. Overall, I rate the hotel as very super, for any activity.

For more than 10 years I have been choosing Sitno Hotel for the realization of trainings, workshops or company conferences because of its absolute quality. Because in addition to the ideal conditions for corporate events (location, premises, gastronomy, services), I especially appreciate the exceptional human approach of all employees, which makes the business environment, the atmosphere of family comfort and the feeling that every one of us is welcome there! Words like "can't, we don't know, it won't work ..." don't exist here. Perhaps only if we are looking for a date, and they have to tell us. "Unfortunately we are fully booked!" But that's just proof that there are more like me, for whom the Sitno Hotel is the first choice! 

We returned to Hotel Sitno in Vyhnye again this year as part of the organization of a corporate meeting after its reconstruction. We were surprised by the new design and the pleasant handwriting that we felt after a comprehensive tour of the hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the spa is amazing and has its own magical atmosphere. The conference room provides ample space and complete material and technical support. The restaurant provides a high level of service, the food was excellent and the buffet tables for breakfast and dinner were full and plentiful. The coffee in the cafe and bar is excellent, directly imported and freshly roasted from South America. This hotel is also suitable for discerning clients. We will definitely return here for future meetings.

Thanks in particular to the Key Account Manager for proactively reaching out to us and informing us about the wide range of services available in your hotel network.We are very positive about the approach of your staff, who provide high quality service with a customer focus. We very much liked the professionally furnished Foodie, which we plan to use for team building activities with our company.The accommodation facilities are very tastefully decorated. The congress facilities are really of a high standard to meet the requirements of demanding business clients.

For teambuilding we chose hotel Sitno in Vyhny, which is surrounded by beautiful nature. For three days we were not bored for a moment, we took advantage of the many activities that the hotel offers: volleyball, foodie, mediatro as well as the perfect wellness. We are already looking forward to our next stay

Thanks not only to you for your professional approach during the whole preparation and running of the event, but also to the whole hotel team who took care of us during our stay. They were all very accommodating, kind and willing to deal with our requests, which contributed to the smooth running of the whole event. Our company organized an international event in your premises for the first time. By this way we would like to highlight our dealings with Mrs. Kakasova, who handles her role as manager in a very professional and human way. (We had a small power outage (throughout Senec), and little time to prepare the evening program, even during this slippage she led her team with a calm head, a smile on her face and going above and beyond her job duties ( manual assistance to the staff to prepare the area for the evening.) It is evident that she is respected and liked by her subordinates, and when there is a crisis situation, she has no problem to take on the job. Based on today's meeting we decided to organize the second international edition in Hotel Senec under the leadership of Ms. Kakasova, who is the right person in the right place.

The teambuilding we had with you will definitely be a great memory for our colleagues. Right during the check-in we were given a wristband on our wrist, which secured our entry to the water park, served as a key to our room and also made it convenient to pay at the bar. This greatly eased the worries with the card, keys, payment and we could relax.We chose the buffet lunch and it was definitely the right choice, we had many types of food to choose from and they were all very tasty. I heard compliments from every table and all my colleagues were happy. At the bar we were surprised by the huge selection of drinks and the very helpful and experienced bartenders. I had the opportunity to try the rum journey and sample spirits from all over the world, a wide variety of suppliers and different vintages. Thank you to Pete the bartender for this idea and for the expertly selected rum samples - it was great. In between time, however, he also managed to take care of my colleagues, making the evening more enjoyable with a selection of Gins. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with some of my colleagues taking advantage of the waterpark while others went to the lake. At the lake we were able to enjoy the paddleboard, pedal boats and the private beach. The overall experience was excellent. Keep it up Hotel Senec - we will definitely see you again. 

Good day, Mrs. Kakašová, although a month later, I would like to thank you and your colleagues for the maximum professional approach in organizing our event in December. From your side I appreciate your flexibility, promptness in dealing with changes and our requests. I also appreciate the human approach, interest in information even after the event. All our employees were extremely satisfied - the quality of the food was excellent, all requests were dealt with promptly and any request from our side was not a problem, even if it could be more or less non-standard and was resolved to our absolute satisfaction. We especially appreciate the professional and human approach of your staff, who were always kind, open and communicative. It is your colleagues who create the right atmosphere in the hotel that makes guests feel really comfortable and welcome. Great two-day Teambuilding at the Atrium Hotel!From the initial communication with Mrs. Fabkova to the stay itself, everything was perfectly organized. Friendly and always smiling staff, tasty food, wide range of drinks and pleasant wellness created a great atmosphere.Conference rooms were modernly equipped, we enjoyed bowling after work.Some rooms looked older, but others were highly comfortable and we learned that their renovation is already underway.Excellent location of the hotel allowed for short/long trips to the countryside.Many thanks to the entire hotel team for their professionalism and care!- Veolia Energia Slovensko
