History

The hotel chain TRINITY Hotels & Resorts was officially established in 2013, at the same time a baby-friendly concept with unique spaces for children and business clients (MiniMe, Gamezone, MediaTro, ArtClub, Bowling, Foodie) began to be created. In the same year, the Friends of Trinity concept was created, focusing on family stays and animation for children. In March 2019, the Czech company STAVCOM-HP a.s., the operator of Aqualand Moravia, bought the Trinity Hotels & Resorts chain. This acquisition enabled the combination of family-oriented accommodation facilities with first-class wellness and waterpark services.

Hotel SENEC

Hotel SENEC opened its doors on 28 June 1998 as a 56-room hotel with the aim of providing superior services for visitors to the Sun Lakes during the summer season. Gradually, it expanded its focus to the organization of seminars and conferences, making it one of the first commercial seminar hotels in Slovakia. The expansion of the capacity to 94 rooms and the construction of 8 conference rooms with a total capacity of 500 seats led to further growth. Originally, the Senec Hotel also included the Relax Hotel and the Dúha Apartments. In April 2009, a new Congress Centre with a capacity of approximately 650 seats was opened.

Hotel Senec has always had a good relationship with the neighbouring Aquapark, the hotel guests had the entrance included in the price of accommodation. Since 2019, the hotel and the aquapark have had a common owner in addition to the location. In 2019-2020, a MiniMe children's area was added, in 2021 the hotel's WCT bar was renovated and expanded, and the restaurant was upgraded. In 2023, the convention center was renovated and a state-of-the-art audio and video system was added. In 2024, some rooms in Blocks C and D were refurbished, with plans for the upcoming period to refurbish the reception, upgrade and expand the restaurant. There are also plans to modernise the water park, which belongs to the hotel, and visitors can also look forward to the expansion of the wellness areas.

Hotel SITNO

Hotel SITNO is located in the Vyhní region, near the former Vyhnian Spa, whose history dates back to the 13th century. In the 17th and 18th centuries, Vyhnian Spa was one of the most important spas in Hungary. However, their fame began to decline in the 20th century, with their final demise caused by a fire in 1945.

The present Hotel SITNO was built in the 1980s (1988-1989) originally as a rehabilitation facility for Slovnaft employees. The owners were successively SLOVNAFT REKREACENTRUM, a.s. (1995 - 2004), after the name change REKREACENTRUM, a.s. (2004 - 2006), and since 22 April 2006 the owner is ASPECT-VYHNE, a.s.

Since 2006, the building has undergone its first major renovation, which included the addition of an outdoor swimming pool, a congress hall with bowling, Á la Carte and Promenade restaurants, and a wellness centre. In 2014-2015, a children's pool and indoor play area were added, as well as a new certified Adventure Golf course. Between 2019 - 2020, a gradual modernisation of the premises took place, followed by a complete renovation of the rooms in 2023. In April 2022, the new Pool & Active Zone was opened, which includes a 16-metre swimming pool.

Currently (3/2025), the third , fourth and fifth floors are being added, which will increase capacity by an additional 18 rooms. At the same time, amenities will be added in the unique MiniMe and GameZone children's areas. Interestingly, the hotel still has the original chandelier, which is a landmark of the hotel.

ATRIUM Hotel High Tatras****

ATRIUM Hotel in the High Tatras is located in a region with a rich sports history. Before the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1970, the MS 70 Hotel and the new Park Hotel were built here, which later underwent reconstruction and is now known as the Atrium Hotel.

On the same site originally stood the older Atrium Hotel from 1930, which was demolished before the construction of the new hotel. The World Championships themselves attracted approximately 140 thousand spectators to the High Tatras, with the Park Hotel serving as a press centre for journalists.

The first major reconstruction of the hotel took place in 2003, when the Park Hotel was renamed to ATRIUM Hotel. Further modernisation followed in 2014-2015, with the opening of the Water Park in 2015. In 2020, the building underwent a major renovation and modernisation. A significant change was the opening of the new PARK restaurant at Easter in 2022 with a new, modern kitchen. In the same year, 24 new rooms were completed, completing the circular shape of the hotel and making the name ATRIUM a reality.

Interestingly, the ATRIUM Hotel's PARK restaurant features the work of artist Imrich Vanek, who decorated the original Park Hotel in 1970.
