Ako prebieha celý proces od prvotnej požiadavky až po samotný event?

Od prvého kontaktu, či už emailového alebo telefonického, komunikuje s klientom obchodný manažér vybraného hotela a ten klienta sprevádza počas celej cesty realizácie podujatia, tj. od vypracovania cenovej ponuky cez dolaďovanie detailov až po samotný event.


V prípade, že klient nie je rozhodnutý pre konkrétny hotel, no zaujal ho náš unikátny koncept, rada poradím s výberom ideálneho hotela na základe predstáv a požiadaviek klienta.
