The Virtual Trinity Card offers an instant discount on stays and the opportunity to earn free benefits for points earned.

Once you register for the Trinity Club, you will receive a virtual Trinity card at the SILVER level, which entitles you to instant discounts and benefits. You can earn a higher tier of membership (GOLD/VIP) based on regular visits and the amount of transactions on your card over the past two years.

Complimentary benefits for VIP Trinity cardholders

For our most loyal guests, we offer special loyalty benefits beyond discounts on stays and the opportunity to redeem benefits for accumulated points. Special benefits for our VIP guests include:

You will receivea discount on your stay when you book online by logging into your account, when you book by phone or by email through our booking agent (you will need to provide your Trinity Virtual Card number). The amount of the discount that is valid on the day you book your stay will be applied. A total of up to three rooms on the same dates at the same hotel can be discounted on one card for the cardholder's stay. The discount does not apply to meals and ancillary services, unless these are part of the stay package.

Trinity Virtual Card Transaction Account

Every euro you spend in the Trinity Hotels network adds your spend to your transaction account. Your current transaction account balance affects your membership level:

• SILVER - transaction account balance for the last 24 months from €0 to €2,999
• GOLD - Transaction account balance in the last 24 months from €3,000 to €7,499
• VIP - account balance of transactions in the last 24 months over €7,500

Transactions are credited to your account when you pay your bill (check-out), according to the hotel bill paid. Therefore, we recommend that during your stay, all meals and additional services are credited to your hotel account. The higher your hotel bill, the higher the amount you will be credited for transactions. Transactions are not credited for partial payments at individual resorts (restaurant, bowling bar, etc.).

Example:

Trinity stay: € 399,00
Lobby bar consumption: 17,60 €
Massage at the 4 Elements Day Spa: €35.00
Total bill: €451.60 = €451.60 on your transaction account

Each transaction is void two years after it has been credited to the loyalty card. This means that if you have not stayed in the Trinity Hotels network in the last 24 months and no transactions have been credited to your transaction account, the old transactions will be voided and you will revert to the basic membership level (SILVER).

Example:

If a transaction is credited after you check out of your stay on 3/31/2022, the transaction will be deducted from your transaction account as of 3/31/2024.

The current transaction account balance will be emailed to you whenever the transaction account moves and can be checked by logging in to . under your login details.

Trinity Virtual Card Points Account

Every euro you spend at a Trinity hotel earns you one point on your virtual Trinity card. You can redeem the points you earn for benefits at Trinity hotels when you book your stay or directly during your stay at the hotel, based on the current list and price list of benefits offered. The crediting and redemption of points applies to all three levels of membership. The amount of the points account has no influence on the membership level (SILVER / GOLD / VIP) - it only depends on the amount of the transaction account.

The points in your account are void two years after they are credited to the loyalty card. Therefore, we recommend that you exchange your points for benefits on an ongoing basis to avoid expiration.

Your current points balance will be emailed to you each time you earn points and each time you spend, and you can check it by logging in to Visit under your login details.
